The passion project of one independent craftsman, Scattered Castles Bourbon is a rare, barrel-proof blend born from years of tasting, refining, and relentless pursuit of something genuinely exceptional. With fewer than 1,000 bottles in existence, this is about as limited as it gets. Five handpicked bourbon barrels were masterfully blended and then finished for one year in old rum casks — a deliberate choice made after years of developing tasting notes and identifying exactly which flavors deserved to be amplified. The result speaks for itself: a viscous, coating pour at 117.2 proof that layers vanilla, salted caramel, butterscotch, and brown sugar into a richly indulgent profile, with the rum finish coaxing each note into sharper, sweeter focus without ever losing the barrel-proof backbone. …
