Named after the 14th tallest standing tree alive - over 367 feet - this dramatic dram features a blend of GDC's own bourbon distillate and expertly sourced stock. Distinctively aged and composed from a 4-tiered mash bill containing 74% corn, 20% rye, 4.5% malted barley, and 1.5% wheat, the distillates in this superior bourbon are estimated to be in the range of 4 to 12 years though otherwise undisclosed. The nose offers aromatic notes of heather, sticky butterscotch, and sweet cherries over a palate of warm honey, roasted nuts, cherries, and woody herbs.
