The first E.H. Taylor barrel select for Australia, this single barrel was selected by Whiskey Hunt Australia - Australia’s bourbon barrel pick specialists - and released exclusively to Australia in a limited outrun of just 156 bottles. Composed of BT's Mash #1, believed to be 75% corn, 10% rye, and 15% barley, this single barrel bourbon has aged 9 years and 9 months on level 9 of Rickhouse 51.

An Iconic Single Barrel Bourbon

The nose opens with delicate aromas of vanilla, pepper and oak. The palate unfolds with creamy vanilla, cherry chocolate, candied orange and hints of apple-laced rye. Oily texture linger on the finish, extending the aftertaste of cinnamon, vanilla and charry oak.
