The First Booker's Batch of 2024

The Springfield Batch is made up of 5 production dates stored in 4 different aging warehouses; 17% from the 5th floor of 9-story warehouse G, 7% came from the 4th floor of 9-story warehouse H, 31% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse Z and 45% came from the 4th floor of 7-story warehouse 3. Aged for 7 years, 7 months and 8 days in new white oak barrels, this batch is bottled at 124.5-proof.

Booker Noe's Best

The nose opens with pleasant aroma of sweet brown sugar, vanilla and caramel with slightly smokey undertones. The palate is balanced with deep and complex flavors of vanilla, nuts and oak. The finish is long and warm; perfect for easy going sipping.

The Storyteller Batch (2023-04) was an incredible batch and I didn't think the follow up would be able to match it. Needless to say, I've never been so happy to be wrong. The Springfield Batch is a remarkable bourbon with a complex and bold palate and a nice mouthfeel. I highly recommend giving this a go if you're a Booker's fan or enjoy high-proof bourbons in general.
