Elmer T. Lee
A commemorative release that celebrates the 100th Birthday of namesake Elmer T. Lee, the 'Centenary' bottle or 100 Year Tribute Single Barrel Sour Mash is one of the most sought-after Kentucky whiskeys in circulation today. Bottled at 100 proof to align with this theme (the standard variety is 90 proof), this bottle is a classically appointed bourbon whiskey that foregrounds bold maple, creamy vanilla and faint coffee notes and underpins them with hints of toasted oak and sweet berry.
George T. Stagg
2015 GTS vintage - With a powerful, flavorsome, and intense taste that complements its high 138 proof potency, the 2015 George T. Stagg Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey vintage is beautifully opened up with a few drops of water, whilst its body creates an intense maple, oak, and woody caramel experience. One of the finest releases in Buffalo Trace history and undoubtedly one of the most elite and exclusive bottles in the George T. Stagg silo.
It is uncommon for a rye whiskey to be aged 21 years, and it is more uncommon for a rye whiskey to have been produced with just 75 barrels in total - High West however, managed to do just this. One of the most complex "rye" whiskeys ever produced, its ageing in oak barrels means that is blurs the technical lines of a rye whiskey definition, the Very Rare 21 Year Old Rocky Mountain Rye Whiskey is the perfect combination of sophisticated smoothness and subtle, special spice - a simply stunning achievement of whiskeymaking.
W. L. Weller
A spectacular wheated whiskey distilled by Buffalo Trace, the Weller 12 year old straight borubon whiskey has achieved cult status for a sweet and smooth profile that blends creamy vanilla, caramel and molasses with hints of corn, sweet fruit and cocoa. While the standard 12 year old is one of the most sought-after bottles in whiskey circles today, the older bottling distilled by BT is a level above, and represents one of the most coveted and exceptionally crafted 'wheat' whiskeys ever made.
Aged patiently for 18 years in American white oak barrels, Elijah Craig's 18 Year Old Single Barrel Bourbon is one of the oldest single barrel bourbons available, and this 1997 release from barrel 4133 (bottled in 2015) is one of the hardest iterations of the EC18 to find. With a perfectly balanced profile that blends peppery rye spice and hints of clove with a subtle brown sugar undertone and hard-hitting oak.
