Like a fine wine, each individual barrel is hand-crafted and specifically selected by Evan Williams' Master Distillers. Then each bottle is marked with the vintage date it was put into the barrel, the year it was bottled, and the exact number of the single barrel that the bourbon was drawn from. The 2015 Vintage has aged for 8 years and is bottled at 86.6-proof.

Like A Fine Wine

The nose opens with dark caramel, sweet oak and charred wood. The palate is lush and spicy with notes of oak, honey, apple and orange that leads to a long and graceful finish.

I tried this a while ago at the Evan Williams Experience in Louisville and was instantly one of my favorite bourbons I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find it in anywhere in stores. Was so happy when I found it on Frootbat and even happier that the bourbon is as good as I remember!
