Aged for at least 4 years in virgin American white oak barrels and produced in limited quantities, WFE 4 Year Small Batch Rye is bottled at cask strength, varying from batch to batch (around +50% ABV or +100-proof). This superior whisky is composed of an undisclosed mash bill thought to contain a blend of Willett's high rye and low rye mash, namely; 74% rye, 11% corn, 15% malted barley (high rye), and 51% rye, 34% corn, and 15% malted barley (low rye).

A 100 year old recipe, bottled in bond at 100 proof, Taylor's Straight Rye Whiskey is one of the finest small-batch, sour mash ryes ever produced in Kentucky. Perfectly aged and intricately crafted, this 2017 edition from Buffalo Trace Distillery’s Antique Collection Sazerac 18 year old straight rye was distilled in Spring 1998 and released in 2017. Aged for 18 years in 25 select new white oak barrels with #4 char, this premium whiskey was transferred to stainless steel tanks in 2016 to prevent further aging before being bottled into an estimated 2,637 bottles. Composed of mash bill of Minnesota rye, distiller grade #1/#2 Kentucky corn, and N. Dakota malted barley, 2017 Sazerac 18 year old rye is double distilled and finished to 90 proof.
