2005 Release: Selected from the finest barrels to come out of Buffalo Trace and named as a tribute to the original distillery, Old Fashioned Copper represents the pinnacle in refined, rare, and remarkably crafted bourbon whiskey. Decadent and luxurious, O.F.C. is one of the most collectible bourbons ever released - with each vintage carefully aged for more than 25 years. Expect generous lashings of cherry and butterscotch with subtle, nuanced allusions to brown sugar and oak. Elsewhere, the palate is greeted by sumptuous caramel and cinnamon notes, while the finish is long and pronounced, brimming with coffee, subtle herbal aromatics, and underlying oak. 

1996 Release: One of just 945 bottles produced, this vintage represents among the longest-aged releases in the O.F.C. collection at 28 years. Each bottle is presented in the signature wooden display case with copper detailing, continuing the line's tradition of exceptional presentation and historical significance. This release follows the highly limited initial O.F.C. offerings from 1980, 1982, and 1983, which were exclusively donated to non-profit organizations.
