Bottled at 90.4 proof and distilled using the classic 'Irish' triple pot still method, the 17th instalment in the Master's Collection series is another innovative piece of whiskymaking that accentuates the unique and interesting flavors you might imagine a stout-driven mash whiskey might have.

A Successful Experiment

An inspired take on 'distiller's beer', there is a citrus-forward almost 'hoppy' note throughout the whiskey, while strong notes of grain, oak, vanilla, caramel and chocolate make their presence known.
