This is a generally excellent mezcal with customary mezcal notes. It has a hearty development with the normal smoky and citrus noticed all cooperating admirably and make this a perfect mezcal for individuals somewhat scared by this soul

Tasting Notes

Nose

Quite smeet and classically smoky on the nose, heavy with citrus notes.

Taste

The palate offers few surprises, with notes of smoky barbecue sauce, black pepper, and smoked beef notes.

Finish

The finish is fairly short, finding lingering smoke and a slight saline character.
