Crafted by the iconic Cellar Master Yann Fillioux, this sophisticated blend of 15 to 35 year old eaux-de-vie has been aged in 250 handmade 250-liter Limousin oak barrels which have been previously aged for a minimum of 10 years before being filled. This limited edition quaff has a finished barrel strength of 80% proof and releases aromatic tones of bold bitter orange rinds and finely grated spice, licorice candies, and nutmeg paired with dark peppermint leaves.
