About the brand

Established in 2010 by partners David Haskill, a magazine editor, and co-founder/Master Distiller Colin Spoelman, a Yale-educated ex-architect with roots in Kentucky - Kings County Distillery is cited as the first distillery opened in New York City since Prohibition. Recently awarded the title of the #2 Craft Bourbon by American wine critic and New York Times writer Eric Asimov, this relatively unknown yet not to be underestimated craft whiskey brand distills its own spirits exclusively and offers several products including; Peated Bourbon, Empire Bourbon, Bib Bourbon, and King's County Chocolate Whiskey.
