The nose is a swathe of rich and welcoming layers of baking spices and newly cut oak wood shavings over hits of sweet banana bread fresh out of the oven and drizzled in a frosting made from vanilla bean, cinnamon essence, and persevered summer fruits. The palate is another gift in and of itself with layers of warm white pepper shaved over delicately spiced rye, sweet vanilla caramel cream, and ripe pieces of soft melon soaked in wildflower honey.
