Released in 2014 as the 13th bottling in a long-standing series of limited releases bourbons crafted in tribute to founder G. Gavin Brown of Brown-Forman, this edition echoes its predecessors with an undisclosed mash bill rumored to contain at least 10% malted rye and 72% corn and is aged for a minimum of 12 years. 2014 B-day Bourbon has a finished barrel strength of 97% proof and carries profoundly balanced notes of caramel and vanilla over melted chocolate and maple candy wrapped in straw.
