Crafted from a blend of light whiskey from 100 barrels produced between 1999 and 2001 and matured in second-fill barrels, High West Light whiskey is aged for a minimum of 14 years and is composed of a mash bill of 99% corn and 1% malted barley. Thick notes of vanilla hit the nose with hues of apple pastries and soft rose petals. The mouth is coated in sweet caramel, crème Brulee sugar, and apple pancakes in syrup. …
