This limited release series pays homage to William Shakespeare himself, with a true poetic tale of the tongue. Crafted using a blend of High West’s own Rendezvous Rye aged in new charred American white oak and matured in a combination of port and French oak barrels, Act 8 Scene 5 has a two-tier mash bill of 95% rye/5% malted barley sourced from MGP and 80% rye/20% malted rye sourced from HWD. This NAS rye has a nose hued by figs, raisins, citrus peel, and cherries hit with baking spice and syrupy French toast.
