Old Forester The 117 Series High Angels Share Barrels Kentucky straight bourbon is a truly multidimensional whiskey characterized by unique herbal notes and deep tones. During the aging process of this particular offering, a high percentage of whiskey was lost due to evaporation, and as such, the angels took their share of this beautifully focused quaff. High Angels Share is NAS blended bourbon with an undisclosed mash bill at a finished barrel strength of 110% proof and is a limited release due to more low-yielding barrels. The aroma of drying oak greets the nose along with delicate notes of caramel and leather.
