Bardstown's 2026 Finishing Series release introduces Bardstown Lochs of Jura Barrel Finished Blended Bourbon Whiskey, a 49% 11-year-old Indiana Bourbon, 30% 10-year-old Indiana rye, and 21% 12-year-old Kentucky Bourbon blend that's been finished for 32 months in ex-Bourbon (84%) and ex-Sherry (16%) casks sourced from the Isle of Jura. For those unfamiliar with Jura, these casks were previously used to mature single malt scotch whisky, and impart added layers of ripe stone fruit, heightened malt notes and subtle maritime and smoke flavors to the 104-proof spirit.…
