Flawless from a newly opened jug. Nose is sweet agave fruity slight minerals and home grown notes. Taste is consistent with nose. Agave nectar tropical organic product somewhat smooth vanilla and green herbs and a murmur of mint and hot cinnamon. Body is respectably light and really smooth. Finish is truly long and generally saccharine sweet and drying with that cinnamon developing a little after some time. Not an awful sipper. Not too mind boggling yet not exhausting and truly drinkable. Very few organics accessible at this cost. Would buy again at this cost
