Released as one of three in a limited-edition collection dubbed Hardin's Creek Kentucky Series, the Hardin's Creek Clermont Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was launched in 2023 and bottled at 55% ABV. Each bottling from this line-up of select whiskey has been aged for at least 17 years in one of three distinct Beam Distilling locations; Frankfort, Boston, and, of course, Clermont. Made from a mash bill of 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley, the distillate used in this curated release was sourced from barrels aged in Warehouse E, found at the very center of the Clermount campus. Each selection from this three-part series is said to have been barreled within 24 hours of each other and left to mature on the 2nd and 3rd floor of their respective warehouses. Hardin's Creek Clermont Kentucky Bourbon offers a nose of warm vanilla, cinnamon, and caramel over notes of oak and rye spice.
