The first Las Vegas-based distillery, Nevada H&C Distilling Co. has been pioneering Nevada whiskey-making since 2012. Sourced from MGP in Indiana, the company ages its whiskey in the Nevada desert and leans on bespoke blending to create unique, exceptionally crafted expressions. Distilled in a single season and bottled at 100-proof, this rye whiskey is crafted from a traditional rye mash bill consisting of 51% rye, 45% corn, 4% barley, and aged in #4 charred barrels for a minimum of 4 years in a federally bonded warehouse. A high percentage of corn adds a nice rich sweetness that balances out the big black pepper and cinnamon spice of rye.
