Beloved for their Elijah Craig Barrel Proof and Larceny Barrel Proof releases, in 2023, Heaven Hill Distillery released the first barrel proof expression of their Bernheim Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey. Like the original, Berheim Barrel Proof is produced at the namesake Bernheim Distillery and is crafted from 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley.

Bernheim Whiskey in it's Purest Form

On the nose, expect inviting aromas of toasted oak, honey, and a hint of spice. The palate reveals layers of buttery caramel and honey, with subtle clove spice. The finish is soft and complex with lingering notes of oak, honey and caramel.

Sweet bread with a little honey for the nose. A velvety feel and cream on the tip of my tongue, with a little bit of molasses and a nice cinnamon burn
