Selected from Belle Meade's Reserve stock, this 9-year-old bourbon is finished in Oloroso sherry casks imported from Spain, giving it a distinctive edge. The meticulous blending process showcases the best barrels, resulting in an extraordinary bourbon with unmatched character and complexity. Blended in extremely small batches, this bourbon was awarded Double Gold Medal and Best Special Barrel Finish Bourbon at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

The tasting experience begins with inviting aromas of dried fruits, caramel, and subtle floral notes, leading to a palate rich with dark fruit flavors and hints of caramel and rye spice. The mouthfeel is silky and velvety, with lingering notes of spices like plum, cloves, and brown sugar that create a delightful finish.

The finish is very pleasant with deep, rich pipe tobacco as well as seasoned oak. The peppercorns continue to add some spice to the finish
