Rare and collectible since its discontinuation in 2015, Hibiki 12 Year Old Blended Japanese Whisky is renowned for its delicate and balanced nature. Matured for at least 12 years, partly in plum liqueur barrels, this blend features malt whiskies from Yamazaki and Hakushu, along with grain whisky from Chita. Bottled at 86-proof, expect aromatic notes of fresh marmalade, apples, and cinnamon, complemented by roasted almonds, cloves, and a palate rich with sherry.
