Bottled at 96.77 proof, this high-rye whiskey is finished with lychee and oolong tea, adding an unexpected yet delightful twist. The barrels were subjected to wind tunnel testing at Alfa Romeo's F1 facility and G-forces at the WhistlePig distillery, enhancing the interaction between the whiskey and wood, and resulting in a unique taste.

A Thrilling taste

The aroma is fresh with herbal and floral notes, paired with a hint of tropical fruit. On the palate, the spicy rye is balanced with the light sweetness of lychee and oolong tea, leaving a juicy fruit finish with a touch of spice that sticks around for a while.

And I think it’s really quite refreshing — and a nice change of pace against a world of rye whiskey carbon copies that are invariably dominated by throat-charring dried-out herbs and burnt grass. It’s just so exuberant it’s hard to put down
