Tasting notes

The nose presents toffee apple sweetness with hints of parma ham and hazelnut. The palate unfolds with rich, syrupy notes of tinned peaches, honeycomb, and milk chocolate. A subtle peat smoke emerges in the finish, accompanied by heather honey and orange rind.

This is a big whisky. A heavy, bold, rich whisky that coats the senses and delivers a complex tasting and sniffing experience. It’s light on that signature Springbank note until you add water and then it’s right there, in your face. Literally.
