Distilled in 2013 during MGP's innovative expansion at their historic Lawrenceburg facility, this project represents one of the distillery's most ambitious experiments. Each expression features the same unconventional high-malted barley mash bill but matured in barrels with dramatically different char profiles—from heavily toasted staves with #1 char to an intense #5 char. Bottled at robust barrel-proof strength (116-120 proof/58-60% ABV), this limited collection comprises just 22 total barrels divided across four distinct char variations (C, D, E, and F). Aaron Chepenik personally selected these exceptional barrels at Nevada H&C Distilling's Las Vegas facility for this unrepeatable release.
