Bottled at 86 proof, slightly higher than the standard Black Label JD, the Master Distiller No. 5 pays homage to the man who oversaw production throughout the 70s, and helped to define the classic flavors for which Jack Daniel's is still revered today.

Expect a lightly scented sweetness with hints of roasted nuts, smoky spice, and a touch of oaky wood. The mouthfeel is silky-smooth while the palate is awash with fresh banana, burnt caramel, and some subtle nutty creaminess.
