A special edition bottling of Lagavulin released for the annual Feis ile (Islay Festival), the 2021 Lagavulin Feis Ile 13 Year Old Single Malt is a cask-strength Islay whisky made in the classic Lagavulin style, then finished in port-seasoned American oak casks. Expect a robust profile brimming with smoke and peat, offset by subtle port sweetness and notes of date, cardamom and sticky molasses.

Distilled on the Isle of Islay at Lagavulin distillery, this release has been bottled specially for the Islay Jazz Festival 2022. This expression was put down to mature for 14 years, firstly in refill American oak casks, before being transferred to brandy seasoned hogsheads for a finishing period. Part of a limited release of 3,000 bottles, this whisky has been bottled at a natural cask strength of 110.8-proof or 55.4% ABV.
