Bottled at 98.6 proof, A Midwinter Night Dram Act 10 Scene 5 begins life as High West's Rendezvous Rye, which is then finished in French Oak port wine barrels to instil a velvety, viscous mouthfeel and a complex flavor profile. This particular batch is composed of a mashbill containing 95% rye, 5% barley malt sourced from MGP; 80% rye, and 20% malted rye from High West Distillery.
