Chartreuse Yellow Liqueur is a delicately sweet, warmly spicy liqueur famed for its bright yellow hue. Made from a secret recipe known only by two Carthusian Monks in a monastery high up in the French Alps, this exceptionally unique liqueur is considered a milder, more graceful sibling to the original Chartreuse French liqueur.

A Historic Recipe

Derived from over 130 different herbs and fauna specific to the area and bottled at 86-proof, Chartreuse Yellow is noted for its aromatic pops of dark licorice root, green herbs, pepper, honey, and macerated grape skins. These are followed by a palate rich with decadent cream, spring florals, pepper, and more layers of herbs seasoned with lavender, honey, fennel, and cinnamon.
