This artisan bottling of Fortaleza Blanco is composed of carefully aged blue agave matured for at least 8 years before harvesting. The plants are processed using a 2-ton Mexican tahona wheel made of volcanic rock and double distilled for the purest of distillates, then bottled at 80-proof. Released unaged, this sublimely crafted tequila is produced in limited quantities and encased in hand-blown glass bottles created within the Fortaleza distillery in Jalisco Mexico.
