A Unique Experimental Release

The Harpy's Tale, an 86-proof, 13 Year Old, non-chill-filtered single malt is the first release in this new collection, combining a sweet Sauternes wine cask matured whisky with the signature ex-Bourbon cask aged Ardbeg for a delicately balanced dram that elegantly traverses the line between sweet and smoky.

Not Your Typical Ardbeg

In keeping with the experimental ethos of the Anthology Collection, expect notes not normally associated with or found in typical Ardbeg malts, lemon peel and balsamic vinegar intertwine with subtle smoke, before fresh apricot, a certain 'tarriness' and rope culminate in a warm, smoky finish.
