Derived from a combination of Medley rye (sourced from the now-decommissioned Owensboro distillery) and Old Bernheim Cream of Kentucky rye - the distillate used for this exceptional whiskey is stored in custom steel tanks and drawn for each specific release. Made up of an otherwise undisclosed mash bill, this iconic rye whiskey is aged for a minimum of 13 years and offers aromatic notes of caramel, lavender, cherry, and ginger. The palate is layered with warm spice, cloves, peppercorns, peaches, and candied apples.
