This 2013 release of Pappy 15 is said to be some of the last of its kind due to the scarcity of Stitzel stock, and as such, is a one of a kind collectible! Composed of an undisclosed high-wheat mash bill and aged a minimum of 15 years in charred new American white oak barrels to a bold 107 proof, 2013 Pappy 15 was produced in a limited run of an estimated 7,000 cases and has a nose of caramel, wheat cereal, oak, and cherries complementing a palate of woody oak, spice, toffee, and vanilla-frosted fruit.…
