Composed of a mash bill containing a high percentage of wheat, Pappy 23 is an annually released whiskey offered in extremely limited batches making it one of the most collectible bourbons on the market. 2013 Pappy 23 has a nose of rich espresso coffee, dark fruits, seasoned oak, and sticky toffee.
