Favored for its intense richness and bold tone, this featured bottling of 2011 Peter Michael Estate Au Paradis is Cabernet Sauvignon composed from a perfect marriage of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon and 24% Cabernet Franc, hand-harvested between Oct and Nov 2011. Aged for 18 months in select artisan barrels made from 100% French oak, this luxuriously flavorful wine offers aromatic waves of macerated black fruits, melted chocolate, and spiced licorice paired with a palate of minerals, black cherries, and roasted meat coated in plum eau-de-vie. Bottled in May 2013, the wine was left to rest for an additional 15 months in the bottle before it was released in the first part of Sept 2014. Lauded by wine critic James Suckling as a wine that will only improve with age, 2011 Peter Michael Au Paradis is superior wine-making craftsmanship at its finest and is the first vintage of its kind to be offered by this internationally renowned winery!…
