Breckenridge bourbon is a blend of 56% yellow corn, 38% green rye, and 6% un-malted barley and aged in American white oak barrels for 2-3 years. This ongoing release has a cask strength of 86 proof and boasts a combination of fresh snowmelt water and minerals unique to the Colorado Rock Mountains. On the nose, hues of cinnamon and rye spice melt into peppered oak and vanilla bean essence.
