Composed from a mash bill containing 74% corn, 15% wheat, and 11% malted barley, Garrison Brothers Small Batch Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged for a minimum of 3 years and finished at 47% ABV. This ongoing release iteration is a bold, powerful whiskey with an inviting nose of caramel, butterscotch, nutmeg, and coconut leading to a velvety mouthfeel and complex palate of vanilla, brown sugar, dark chocolate, and sweet spice. Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich, deep aroma of butterscotch, nutmeg, vanilla and coconut.

Taste

Notes of caramelized oranges and fruit dominate the palate, along with touches of melted butter, whipped cream and oak.

Finish

Finish is smooth, with touches of toffee, milk chocolate and espresso.
