Tasting Notes

Nose

Very fruit driven nose. Green fruits with touches of passion fruit backed up with very well judged vanilla. There are floral overtones – jasmine.

Taste

Soft and plush on the palate. Liquorice, vanilla, toffee with cooked spices –nutmeg and cinnamon. Soft old leather and charred pineapple.

Finish

Medium to long. Pleasing warmth with some spice from the tannins.
