Distilled using traditional Tennessee techniques, Jailers™ Premium Tennessee Whiskey is a premium, aged whiskey with a smooth, balanced flavor. Master Distiller Dave Scheurich pays homage to the forefathers of Tennessee whiskey by using the Lincoln County process, during which the whiskey is steeped in charred maple chips. After aging, Jailers is chill filtered for a polished taste. It boasts an aromatic moderate spicy sweetness, with a big mouth feel, and a long, pleasant and warm finish. Nose

The nose is sweet and subtly woody with a spicy undercurrent.

Taste

There’s a good deal of sweet balanced with a vanilla caramel bite that I wish could be made into hard candy. Or chewing gum.

Finish

The finish is powerful and long lasting.
