Composed from the soil and vines of the historically iconic Barossa Valley, Grant Burge Meshach Shiraz vintage 2016 intricately captures mind and soul with a taste that is both perfectly balanced and yet complex. The terroir of the southern parts of Barossa Valley holds to the cooler winter temperatures and keeps to an average summer season which resulted in a wine that, while darkly hued, brightly bursts in the mouth. The bouquet is a powerful statement of spiced cinnamon, crushed cloves, and waves of warmly melted dark chocolate and mulberry.
