Composed of a mash bill containing 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley, this NAS select whiskey is matured in #4 char barrels and has a finished barrel strength of 43% ABV with a barrel point entry of 125 proof. Fruity and sweet

Shockingly okay for a $20 base rack bottle. I get a critical apricot/citrus taste. Smell is sweet and obviously fundamentally the same as Handle Creeks fragrance. For 86 proof however it punches you truly great absolutely not a smooth consumer. Ive had barrel proof bourbons (and Handle Spring 120s) that go down smoother yet this has a decent flavor profile to it. Cant thump this one a lot as its a staple in many bars for party time mixed drinks. It will positively make a decent good old. Good wishes!
