Release 08:/Reap: 2006/47.8% ABV Rafael M©ndez Cruz As indicated by the name this espadin was gathered at 10 years old years. Further research uncovers that this release was produced using wild angustifolia agave that were developed as a capon where the blossoming tail of the pina is cut before the quiote shoots up which leaves all the sugars that would have been utilized as vitality for the quiote rather remain thought inside the pina. Likewise after refining this version was as far as anyone knows rested in glass for an extra 10 years which oxidizes the soul and balances/orchestrates all the flavors. Fragrances of vanilla blueberries flame broiled asparagus and slight wintergreen. Flavor has more contact with notes of cooked agave crude broccoli vanilla herbs and wintergreen on a rich caramel spine. The minty caramel notes proceed into the medium-length get done with a sprinkle of dark pepper and pine. Extremely smooth for it's almost 48% abv. All things considered an incredible espadin and one of the absolute best showcasings of this dominatingly utilized agave.
