Tasting Notes

Nose

Hand milled, clay pot still. Mild sweet nose.

Taste

Chilli chocolate, mineral-rich smoke, dried flowers, ground cinnamon and nutmeg.

Finish

Very strong and spicy. Clean, sharp, almost bitey finish.
