The first 11 year old expression to come out of Old Fitzgerald's Bottled in Bond silo, the Spring 2018 release is made with barrels laid down between February and May 2006, and was bottled in April of 2018. Each bottle's tax strip provides specific information on when the liquid was produced and bottled. Aged in new charred oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof, Old Fitzgerald Bottled in bond is a truly premium Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, critically acclaimed for its distinct character and complex nose and taste. Tasting Notes

Nose

The nose is bight with notes of cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, and oak spice.

Taste

The first sip has a medium viscosity that coats the entire mouth. Notes of brown sugar and toasted oak are prominent. The second sip is creamy with notes of vanilla, tree nuts, and caramel. The third sip is a beautiful combination of the tasting notes listed above, however, all of the flavors are present and pronounced.

Finish

This bourbon has a medium-long finish. Different notes become evident through the finishing including brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, cherry, char, and oak spice.
