Made from 100% malted Indian barley, each batch of this whiskey begins with the malt being twice-distilled and the resulting spirit aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels. After this initial beauty rest, it is then "edited" by vatting it with a peated single malt with the finished whisky then being brought to proof, bottled, and finally labeled.…

Tasting Notes

Nose

Apples and cinnamon snaps, shortly followed by a trio of tasty baked goods - hot cross buns, malt loaf and banana bread. A slight hint of anise develops later on.

Taste

Fresh ginger, bonfire smoke and burnt caramel as it opens up. Raisins, ground clove and brown sugar begin to dominate the palate soon after.

Finish

Toffee apples and advent calendar chocolate, with a sprinkle of white pepper and a subtle touch of red chilli.
