A self-proclaimed micro whiskey maker, Garrison Bros is an award-winning distillery that has produced a refined and robust bourbon in their Balmorhea Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This bespoke NAS dram is matured using a distinct, twice-barreled process in premium barrels resulting in a full-bodied tasting experience you won't forget! For the first 2 years, the distillate is rested in American white oak barrels sourced from The Barrel Mill cooperage in Minnesota (similar to the brand's straight bourbon line). The whiskey is then dumped and transferred into another selection of American white oak barrels supplied by the renowned Kelvin Copperage of Kentucky and left to rest for an undisclosed amount of time. About the brand

A small, experimental distillery that produces a variety of unique, craft bourbons, Garrison Brothers Distillery was the first operation granted a stiller's permit outside of Kentucky and Tennessee and is the oldest legal bourbon distillery in Texas.
