Introducing his first blended bourbon around 2013 in a very limited outrun of just 1,000 six-pack cases, Bringle brings yet another marvelously flavorful release to the table. Aged for at least 15 years and made using a distinctive hickory charcoal filtration process, Peg Leg Porker Pitmaster Reserve 15 is bottled at 45% ABV (90-proof) and features a nose of vanilla, citrus, roasted peanuts, and egg cream over a palate of nougat drizzled in honey, chocolate, and toasted coconut. About the brand

Peg Leg Porker is a BBQ restaurant located in Nashville, TN owned by Pitmaster Carey Bringle who lost his leg to cancer at a young age; hence the name. Bringle says, after the whiskey is taken from its barrels, it is filtered through hickory creating the signature flavor and color. BBQ fans and bourbon fans will love this whiskey. 8+ year whiskey, 8 year age statement on the label.
