Aged for at least 17 years in its original cooperage, Boss Hog VIII is double-finished, first in 7 year old high-toast Philippine rum casks, and then in 10 year old Philippine rum casks. Bottled between 104.8 and 106.6 proof, this potently crafted rye is beset with a profile that ranges from sweet vanilla, tropical banana, lemon, and molasses to complex spice, cinnamon, and toffee.
